Pediatric Congress on October 28 - 30

On October 28 - 30 the joint online pediatric congress of Armenian Pediatric Association, Armenian EyeCare Project and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles will take place at “Arabkir” MC-ICAH conference hall. The congress is implemented in cooperation with University Children’s Hospital of Zurich, as part of the 7th National Pediatric Conference and 19th AECP/CHLA International Conference.

 

This scientific and practical conference is intended for pediatricians, family doctors and other pediatric specialists from the RA.

 

The Pediatric Congress Program includes numerous lectures provided by professors and lecturers from University Children’s Hospital of Zurich (Switzerland), Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (USA), as well as from leading pediatric clinics in Armenia and Departments of Pediatrics of Yerevan State Medical University. The lectures are dedicated to modern pediatric problems.

 

During 3 days, the following pediatric topics will be discussed: COVID-19 infection and Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome in children (MIS-C), the experience and problems of COVID-19 management in Armenia, preterm neonatal care and transitional care features, pediatric palliative care, management of pediatric obesity and precocious puberty, diagnosis and management of anxiety disorder and other mental health problems in children, fever without infection, Epstein Barr virus. The most interesting cases of COVID-19 infection and other diseases will be presented and discussed.  

 

The program of the Conference is accredited by the MoH of the RA.
